Capitol Securities Management, Inc. is very pleased to welcome Rich Cioffi as Senior Vice President of Investments in its Red Bank, NJ branch office location.
Rich comes to Capitol with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry as a Financial Advisor and Branch Manager. He was formerly employed with RBC and prior to that at Wells Fargo Advisors.
After his transition, Rich will lead the opening of our newest branch office location in Toms River, NJ later this year.
Rich says that his “deepest belief is that the needs of clients come first and foremost.” His is “proud to align that shared philosophy of wealth management with Capitol Securities. In opening their new branch in Toms River, NJ, now more clients can access the next level of unbiased and holistic wealth management that used to be reserved for the ultra-high net worth client.”
